The building is older style, with only six apartments and a very nice sense of community, in a delightful quiet neighbourhood only a few minutes from the beach, Acland and Fitzroy Streets. We are on the third floor and the rear of the building has a very nice north-facing outdoor area that has also been used for communal barbeques.
