Description of the home
The place is in a large old Victorian house on Carlisle street. All of the bedrooms are the size of studio apartments and are situated in the front part of the house. Towards the back is the harder bathroom, kitchen, small lounge room. In the rear of the house is the laundry, second toilet and large backyard for the area.
The room is very large with very high ceilings. It has a window that looks out into the front entryway and a big black feature fire place. Sorry for the Image quality of the room, my iPhone is currently broken and they will be updated. The room is large enough to fit a queen sized bed, a couch and desk which is what David our former housemate had in the room. It is are a lot bigger than they look in the images.
It’s the perfect room for someone looking for some space, especially if you work from home as the rooms are essentially studio apartments.

We are looking for someone to join us in our Carlisle Street house after our old house mate has moved out.
I’m a musician who like to DJ but the rooms in our place have thick walls so sounds is quite isolated inside the house.
Sometimes we like to have people round, not often, but usually that would be out the back. Which is great as you can shut the doors to the back part of the house and you don’t hear anything.
