Heartbreakingly I am moving out of my room at my lovely 2 bedroom apartment in St Kilda East.
I am offering a LEASE TRANSFER with a weekly rent of $1260 per month (bills not included) and a bond of $1260. You’ll be living with my mate Rod, a handsome 32 year old young professional. We’re looking for someone 25-35 who is clean, and easy to live with.
The room will be available from 21 July (but can arrange an earlier time if need be)
The place is a 15 minute walk from the Balaclava town strip and train station. It’s also a 5 min walk from a tram line direct into the CBD (not to mention very close to St Kilda beach)
The place has a well running kitchen with a dishwasher and heat pump system.
It’s lovely dry room which has a great bit of privacy. The room would come unfurnished however I am happy to sell you my Queen bed and chest of drawers.
