Apartment in the heart of St Kilda, 3 minute walk to Luna Park and the 96/16 tramlines.
The house has multiple living areas: a front balcony, the back balcony, the very spacious living room, the dining room in the kitchen, an attic space that is massive and currently has a double mattress up there for guests to use, and also access to a back garden that is shared by the 4 apartments in the building.
I have lived here for 5 years, and have most kitchen and house conveniences that we would need. You can just bring yourself ☺️
