ABOUT THE UNIT:
It has a lot of character, with its new refurbished interior, but also the design makes it cozy and comfortable to live in. I also maintain regularly by keeping it fresh and clean. The unit is located at the end of the Grove, so it is very quiet and private. The same goes with the unit's neighbours, I have never had any noise distractions from above or next door (based on the bottom level).
