This is a great first-floor apartment in Ardoch Village, set within the historic grounds of an 1865 estate. It’s peaceful, green, and feels like a private pocket in the middle of the city, with secure access and beautiful shared gardens.

The apartment is spacious and light, with two balconies (great for morning coffee or a casual BBQ) and generous living areas. The available bedroom is furnished with plenty of built-in cupboards including hanging and shelving and draws, additional buffet draws also and side tables; linen can be provided if helpful. Shared bathroom.

You will also have access to resident-only facilities including a pool, sauna, and gym. Location-wise, it’s hard to beat — Chapel Street, cafés, theatres, shops, trams right out front, and Windsor Station all within easy walking distance.

About me: I work as a consultant, enjoy swimming, yoga, and travel, and keep a relaxed, low-key home. When I am not travelling I’m often out and tend to do my own thing food-wise, so this suits someone independent and comfortable sharing space without being in each other’s pockets.
