Hey guys,

Our housemate is moving out, so we’re looking to fill their double room starting from the 8th of July. We’re located right on the edge of St Kilda East and Prahran, with the 5/64 tram practically at our doorstep for super easy access to the city and surrounding suburbs.

Rent is $350 a week.

About us:

My partner and I both work full-time during the week. We’re big into music and films, and love a relaxed, creative vibe at home. We’re hoping to find someone who’s social and friendly, but also clean, independent and respectful of space.
