The building has a free gym to use anytime. There is a quick tram that comes every minute to go to the city and Anzac train station is one block away. I have a spare car park but will cost extra.

About occupants
I live a bit spontaneously and unplanned and like it that way, so you’ll be able to do almost anything at my place. Though I do keep a ‘tidy’ museum-esque feel to the place without needing to clean it all the time. My black cat owns the place. She is a very nosy landlord and will want to inspect our living areas all the time. So it helps if you like animals and are comfortable with her roaming around the house everywhere 😺 There is also a grey tabby here, he’s new!
