Description of the home
We are looking for housemate to join our home. There will be 4 of us including YOU the new housemate. Preferably we are looking for a male to keep the balance within the house!
$350 per week (bills included) and looking for someone for a minimum of 6 - 12 months. The room will be unfurnished but had mirrored wardrobe with built in drawers. And enough room to easily fit a Queen bed with a work from home set up!
You will share the bathroom with 2 others, myself (Tom) and Kate
We have parking outside and a stones throw away from Fitzroy street and 4 major tram routes! With the beach and Albert park both a 2 min walk in either direction
