I’m the owner and occupant of a 3-bedroom home in the beautiful new Stage 1 Estate of Everley, Sunbury. The location is stunning – overlooking a nature walking/bike park, golf course, lake, and hills. Just 5 minutes’ drive to Sunbury Train Station and shops, and close to Melbourne Airport and the Freeway.
I’m renting out one bedroom with a good-sized built-in wardrobe. The room is a standard size and comfortably fits a queen bed plus a bedside table.
