Hi Everyone!

I have 2 rooms available to rent, both furnished with one double bed and one queen sized bed.

10-15 minute walk to Albion, Ardeer or Sunshine train stations.

4 different bus Routes outside your door (approximately 3mins to train station)

Train to CBD is 15-18 minutes

3 minute bus trip to local shopping center and village cinemas.

15 minute bus trip to Highpoint shopping center

Bedroom 1. $260 per week, $400 for couples, including Wifi and water bill
Bedroom 2. $220 per week including Wifi and water bill

Shared toilet and shower if there is a second house mate.

The house is an older style home with loads of character. It has 2 showers and 2 toilets as well as a big open plan living area. Dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. It is very comfortable and spacious. It has a beautiful outdoor area as well as a big backyard with a variety of fruit trees. Ducted heating is throughout the house. All fully furnished.
