The house is within a 3 minute drive or 12 minute walk to Ardeer Station or a 5 minute drive to Sunshine Station with good bus access.
I am my own ensuite so the main bathroom and toilet will be exclusively for your use excluding when guests are around.
There is both a Coles and a Woolworths within a 5-10 minute drive.
I live very close to the Kororoit Creek trail which a lovely walking / cycling path with dense nature.
The area is very safe, most of our neighbours are 60+ and are post-war immigrants.
