Bathroom is shared with shower and separate bath. Separate toilet and laundry with washing machine and dryer. Spacious backyard with outdoor clothes line and indoor clothes horse.

Spacious loungeroom with large TV hooked up to multiple streaming services. Dual system aircon/heater in lounge only. Portable fan and heater in the bedrooms.

Bus stop right out the front for easy public service access. Sunshine train station 5 mins down the road. Sunshine hospital 10 minutes away. Multiple supermarket options within 5-10mins including Aldi, woolies, coles. Plaza 5 mins away and two larger plazas 15-20 mins away. Neighbourhood shops and post office only a walk down the street.
