Is also within a 10 minute walking distance from union Rd with many shops including Coles and many cafes and other retail businesses. There is also many parks and reserves nearby. We also have permits for parking on Durham Rd.

Bills and expenses
All bills are split evenly between housemates when they come out. Electricity and internet come out monthly with internet being $22.50 each month and power being around the $200-$300 split five ways. Gas and water come out every quarter with water being around $50 each a quarter and gas being about $12 each a quarter.
