I’m looking to rent out one of the bedrooms in my 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home. I’m looking for a female housemate as I’ll move in with my partner in a few months. My sister will continue staying here, and the place will be female-only after I move out.

The place is a cozy double-brick house with timber floorboards and high ceilings. Each bedroom has its own air conditioner, while the main living room and kitchen (and all other rooms) are equipped with central heating and evaporative cooling. Your room is located at the opposite end of the house from us, offering you privacy and a quiet space.

There is enough space in my carport for two cars, and ample street parking is available. Since the house is located at the end of a no-through road, there is minimal traffic.

The location is very convenient with these following attributes:

• 4 minute drive to Watergardens Shopping Centre and Watergardens Station.
• 35 minute train-ride to Melbourne Central station.
• A bus stop is 5 minute walk away, with buses running every 7-10 minutes from early morning till late.
• If you don’t have a car, I’d recommend biking to the station. It takes only 5 minutes, and there are bike lockers available at Watergardens Station. Otherwise, it’s about 10 minutes by bus (including walking time), or 20 minutes by walking.

Binh (29): I’m an account manager at a medical equipment company. I usually work from home two to three days a week and travel quite a bit for work. I’m pretty active, either at the gym or out for a run almost every day. If you're into fitness too, you're more than welcome to join! I have a partner who lives in Southbank, and I’ll be moving in with her soon.

Vi (23): Vi is an accountant for a coffee supplier and works in the office full-time. She's into anime, painting, and graphic design. In her downtime, she usually chills in her room, working on personal art projects on her Surface. She often brings home new coffee samples, so this is definitely a plus if you're a coffee lover!
