Description of the home
Comfy sharehouse with lots of books, plants, and natural light. The house is fully furnished but the bedroom is not. The open plan lounge room/ kitchen has big windows overlooking the backyard.
The garden is a bit of a joyful mess and includes fruit trees and a newly built wicking bed for veggies in the backyard, and some local native plants and a street library in the front yard.
We have solar panels and are working on divesting from gas - the first step was to replace the old gas heating and cooling with new air conditioners in the lounge and all bedrooms.
The house is in a great location a short walk to the Werribee river, the local ice-cream shop, several little parks, and three different busses. It's a 5 min drive or an 8 min bike ride to the nearest supermarket, and similar distance to Pacific Werribee. Werribee and Tarneit West train stations are a 10 min drive away

Bills and expenses
Bills will be split evenly between us. The solar panels reduce the electricity bills a bit.

Aaron - Customer Service specialist, having worked in Retail, Hospitality and Cellar Door roles, as well as Call Centre work. Also spent 2 1/2 years making cheese, so although much of my cooking is vegetarian, I could never give up dairy.
We won't live with smokers/ vapers, or people who are racist, sexist, or homophobic. Those things are deal breakers sorry.
