It's a very spacious, double story house. It has a large backyard, and located in a quiet neighborhood. Only a 5 minute drive to Tarneit Train Station, which is only 3 train stops away from Melbourne CBD (35+ min drive only). Big living room with a large couch and a matching TV. There's also a small gym with a treadmill, a few weights, and a recumbent bike that can be used for a minimal fee. Bills are included in rent, except for electricity.
