Security deposit : 3 weeks rent
Bedroom 1 & 2: Share a toilet and bathroom (with a bath tub).
There is an additional toilet downstairs for common use.

It would be ideal for teaming up with a friend or work colleague.

Can consider renting the whole house to one person/party.
