Description of the home
Our home has 2 storeys with 5 bedrooms.
It is a very neatly kept home with a large kitchen, a large backyard, patio with barbecue, separate laundry and 1 bathroom (including toilet), and a powder room that the tenant can use. There is plenty of parking on the street.
Watergardens shopping centre is 700 m from our house and the Watergardens train station is 900 m. The train goes straight to State Library, for students who are studying in University of Melbourne

Given I work in technology and have a very large network in Melbourne, for students interested in entering technology as a profession, I am also happy to mentor them.
