Hi, I have 1 room available now and 1 more available soon.

It is a 3 bedroom home with a study, which I mainly use.

Please note the house is fairly empty due to most things were former housemates but I'm keen on getting things soon. We can talk about what each could contribute.

The bedroom is big enough for a queen bed and set of drawers/desk with built-in robe. You'll be sharing a bathroom with one other, with a bath and shower. I have the master bedroom (and study) that I pay extra for.

There are also some great parks and walks/riding trails nearby with plenty of wildlife and still accessible to the city if needed. The Pines shopping center is just up the road with a bus depo and Doncaster Westfield and everything else is about 10 minutes away.

*Pets welcome! Im definitely welcoming of animals, especially dogs.

Plenty of on street parking (very quiet street) and room for 2 cars in the driveway.

*the rent per calendar month is $940 for the room, bond is $940* Room is available right now so I'm looking to fill it asap.

(You will will need to apply with agent. I need to transfer bond for the outgoing housemate and pay first month's rent upfront, then go on the lease. It's pretty standard tenant transfer)
