Home Description
Description of the home
Hello potential housemate. We have 1 room available now and looking to fill it asap.
The bedroom is big enough for a queen bed, set of drawers/desk with a built-in robe.
You'll be sharing a bathroom, with a bath and shower and seperate toilet.
Plenty of on street parking (very quiet street) and room for 2 cars in the driveway. There is a carport as well which is mainly for storage or bikes/weights. You are welcome to bring storage or equipment. We sometimes put our cars in there if we are working on them.
The Pines shopping center is just up the road with a bus depot and Doncaster Westfield and everything else is about 10 minutes away.
*Pets welcome, definitely welcoming of animals, we can discuss. However I do have a 2 year old amstaff. Very socialised and happy to have a friend but will need to be introduced appropriately.
The house has plenty of potential for new furniture or paintings etc if you're keen to bring things. Or just bedroom furniture, as it's unfurnished. Happy for everyone to make the place their own.
There are great parks and walks/riding trails nearby with plenty of wildlife and still accessible to the city.
*the rent per calendar month is $800 for the room, bond is $940* Just had an increase so that won't change. Room is available right now and looking to fill it asap. You will need to apply to go onto the lease.
Feel free to ask any questions.
