Hey there; this is a big home with master bedroom and seperate living area available for rent
There a 4 bedrooms upstairs and a self contained granny flat downstairs with a large double lock up garage (used for storage, and you are welcome to store stuff down there also).
We also have an EV charger installed downstairs for those that have an EV or are thinking of getting one
You will have the master bedroom up one end of the house (complete with en-suite and walk in robes) and myself and the kids will be in the 3 bedrooms up the other end of the house.
There's two living areas, so you'll have your own living area, and me and the kids will have ours (as pictured in the floor plan). There’s decent outdoor space for pets and a little outdoor sit down area
Your living areas are shown in the photos, but the furniture will be gone, same with the bedroom and kitchen area, it's all unfurnished (except for fridge, freezer, appliances in the kitchen)

I have a very busy life, I love going to the gym, dinners / catch ups with friends, meditation, interested in politics, and love watching the NBA or Netlfix on the couch when I get the time.
I have two lovely kids at home. My 16 year old boy is with me mostly full time (he has every second weekend with his mum) and my 8 year old daughter is with me 5 nights per fortnight. They are both happy, friendly and respectful of others
