The house is located on a very quiet street. There is a bus stop to city for around 15 minutes walking distance where you can take buses to city and Doncaster shopping centre. The new bulleen park and ride is around 7 minutes drive from the house. There are a lot of good restaurants and a few small shopping centres nearby. Lifestyle wise, there is a huge park, art museum, gym, tennis court and swimming pool nearby. The house itself has a big living room and dining room as well as a big yard (we are currently cleaning)!
We are looking for like-minded flatmates with stable financial income. We are finding respectful and quiet people who is happy to share a small amount of house duties.
About the room: It is a 4 bedroom house and 2 bathrooms, but we are only renting one bedroom out, this means you will have your own bathroom as well. We want to make sure people living here have a good life.

Bills and expenses
Bills included. A $20 every fornight for a cleaner for cleaning common areas. If you would like the cleaner to help you clean your room, it will be another $15 on top.
