Description of the home
This house is in a very private setting overlooking a creek lined with ferns and lots of bird life, so if you are a nature lover you will enjoy this place. There is a large deck area where you can sit outdoors and enjoy the scenery and tranquillity. There is off-street parking available on the property.
The house has ducted heating, a gas log fire, evaporative cooling as well as fans in all the bedrooms. There is a dishwasher and a built in coffee machine and coffee is also provided.
The house is a modern 4 bedroom home which has been recently renovated, with new satin finish polished floorboards, freshly painted in parts and new shower screens.
You will have unlimited access to the internet which is included in the price. The room is also fitted with a lock and you will be given a key should you wish to keep your room locked when you are not home. There is also a mount on the wall for you to have a TV in your room.

The photos show the bedroom furnished so it will give you an idea of how much can fit in the room. There is a queen size bed, desk, bookcase, chest of drawers and bedside table but the room is currently empty so if you have your own furniture you can bring that along. The room has had a king size bed in it previously so is quite spacious.
I am out and about a bit on the weekends but also I enjoy gardening and doing projects around the house and occasional weekends away with friends. I am also into bushwalking and taking my dog for a run along the beach.
I am very neat and tidy so am looking for someone who will also keep the house clean and tidy as well. We are a very friendly household who enjoy a chat and a laugh but we are also respectful of each other's privacy and need for space.
You would be sharing a bathroom with two other females who are extremely clean and tidy and who are not home a lot, working different shifts in nursing and personal care.
