- See clear and ongoing communication as a priority
- Be inspired to be part of house projects (like a garden patch),
collaborating on communal spaces and be open to sharing meals and
house goods.
- Be clean and tidy and care for the shared space. This is
particularly important in the kitchen because we are both massive
foodies and love to cook and like to keep the kitchen as a place of
inspiration rather than frustration 😉
- Social but also relaxed; we both have busy social lives and it's
important to be aware friends will be coming over for dinners, board
games, tea etc.
