Room 1 Rent: $330 pw / $1430 pcm
Room 2 Rent: $320 pw / $1387 pcm (Option to have this room furnished)
Bond: $1617 per person
Bills: Split evenly between the 3 people. Approx $200 a month.
I'm looking for one person (out of two) to go on the lease.
House:
The house is a 3 bedroom 2 storey house with a backyard. It is sun filled and you can see the sun’s movement throughout the day from all the many windows. The study, kitchen, hallway, and the bathroom get morning sun (and a beautiful sunrise). The living and dining room get that beautiful golden hour sun. The shared living areas are fully furnished 🙂 (No TV! But we have a sick projector). The house also has everything needed for smooth functioning.
We have a study room, a space at the back for more messy creative works/ spare room, and convenient street parking (no permit needed).

1st room is unfurnished, but the second one has to option of being furnished with a bed, mattress, and side table.

You'll be living with me, Prach, a designer, in her 30s, artist/ maker, runner, yoga girl. I like reading, discussing insights, and making things (woodworking).
A house-proud human who is share-house trained, values communication and cares about their home and the people around them. Ideally in their 30s and prefers a house where you get to know your housemates and hangout sometimes.
Sorry no pets, no smokers, and not someone with a lot of furniture and stuff because the house (not your room) is already furnished. Couples accepted if you're taking both rooms.
Someone who doesn't see the home to be a party house, but a place to relax, but socials are welcome :)
