Thornhill Park

Description of the home

I'm renting a room in my 2022-build house in Thornhill Park.

The room is furnished with a queen size bed, a bed side table, a table lamp and a large built in wardrobe with mirrors. The room is next to a bathroom and separate powder room, as well as the laundry which has a washing machine.

There's a spacious shared living and dining room, as well as a kitchen with a dishwasher and gas stove. I also have a coffee machine and air fryer.

The main outdoor area is paved and has a clothes line. I have plenty of plants out here, and next on my agenda is landscaping the front yard!

There's ample street parking in this quiet neighbourhood.

The nearest train stations, Cobblebank and Rockbank, are roughly a 10-minute drive away, as is Coles. IGA and other shops are opening soon and will be walking distance along with an Anytime Fitness. The train takes approx. 35 minutes to get to Southern Cross station.

Bills and expenses

You will be sharing the house with me and potentially another housemate. It is a 4 bedrooms house but i use one of the bedrooms as my home office. Rent is $230/w including (high speed internet and streaming services) or $260/w included in rent are unlimited high speed internet, water, gas and electricity, streaming services ( Netflix and Disney +).
