About occupants
I'm 35 years old and employed full time with no WFH - so not at home at all during the day.
I'm out of the house a lot as I have regular sporting and social commitments 3-4 evenings per week. so you won't see that much of me at all.
When I'm home I like to relax by cooking a meal (and I'm always happy to share), having a drink and chat or watching a movie.
Other housemates are a 33 year old couple (m/f) We are all pretty sociable and happy to chat when around, but understand that some people prefer space when they're at home, so happy to keep to ourselves as well

Only qualities I'm particularly concerned about are being clean and considerate and generally a good human being.
Ideally would like a housemate who can stay at least until the current lease ends in September. We aren't guaranteed a lease renewal, but have had it renewed twice, so are hopeful.
