About the house:
I'm a full-time professional and am rarely home during the day. My 17-year-old son also lives here but mostly keeps to himself, so the house is generally very quiet.

Out most weekends with friends, dog or motorbike.
The house has 2 living areas, large outside space and lots of space. Master and study are at the front of the house and comes partially furnished - other bedrooms out back.
The home is shared with a friendly kelpie and a playful kitten; pets are welcome, provided they get along with other animals.
