Seeking 1 like minded casual, fun, respectful, tidy and positive person at a similar life level to share this home long-term with where you can also feel comfortable and at home too is the dynamic on offer!
Features include: Large Bedroom. over 4x5 metres Square, Large Inbuilt Wardrobes, Clean Bathroom and Kitchen, 2 Spacious and Comfortable Lounge rooms, Ducted Heating, Air Conditioning, Outdoor BBQ Alfresco Area, Grassy backyard all located in a quiet and secure estate with parking available.
Close to both Knox Shopping Centre and Eastland in Ringwood. Bus stop 2 minute walk, access to Goodlife Gym 1 minute walk plus Tennis Courts, Basketball Hoop area for some leisure plus super easy access to the Koomba Wetlands Bicycle/Walking pathways that lead to some interesting places to discover wether you choose to go South or North for some exploration or decompress time!
Everything else throughout the home is supplied to share and utilise, from lounge rooms, Gaming consoles, BBQ, laundry to cutlery.
$200 per week. aka $800 per month. This includes Contents Insurance. + Utility Bills Divided equally.
1 Month Rent in Advance. 1 Month Bond and Real Estate paperwork completed plus acceptance from Landlord will be required to be successful to share this home if we are a good match ourselves firstly. Self Employed with a few small businesses which keep's me quite busy which range from quite a variety of skill-sets so I always have some form of project or projects happening and keeping me on the trot I guess you could say.
Early 40's, but more like mid 30's is where it seems I am at, yet not my first few lap's around our sun, have made my mistakes as well as my successes in Life which is where I believe I have helped give a "Leg Up" to others whom I have shared this home with previously.
Too many hobbies, interests, projects, priorities and engagement's that I seem to always have something in common with whom ever I encounter. Always looking for the "Glass Full" or "The Bright Side Of Life" even if at a point in time it is an absolute #$%@SHOW, just have to do the Next Right Thing!
Both K Boy and I have seen a lot over time so very understanding & caring without judgement as we all have our own story to tell.
Trust is paramount to us both plus those other personal traits that follow on from that would be our morals and ethics would be the easiest way to put it I guess.
