We have a room available in our sharehouse in Wantirna South!

It's a new two-storey home, and very spacious. There are currently 3 adults living in the house, and we are looking for a new roomie to join us for the fourth bedroom.

We are working adults, and ideally looking for someone who is working and comfortable with the rent and bills etc.

We are a chill and reasonably social home, and have guests over every now and then. There's usually music going downstairs during the day.

The home is close to public transport, we are close to bus stops for the 681, 682, and 901. We are around the corner from Westfield Knox, and 10 minute drive to Glen Waverley train station.

About occupants
There are two women in their 20's and a man in his 30's living in the house, we are working and ideally looking for another working adult to join the home. We enjoy having a chat downstairs, but also respect each other's alone time. We are reasonable with noise levels in the house, especially at night.
