Located in a residential area of Wantirna South, with access to local shops, parks and surrounding suburbs.

We're a friendly household who enjoy a relaxed, comfortable home environment. We appreciate cleanliness, good communication and respecting each other's personal space.

We're looking for someone who is easygoing, considerate, very clean in the public space and their bedroom, and is happy to contribute to keeping the shared spaces tidy. We would prefer someone who cleans up after themselves, will help keep the house clean, and will keep their bedroom reasonably clean eg. No massive build up of dirty dishes, flies, piles of rubbish, and bad smells.

We would consider cats if they are short haired, the furr and litter box is well maintained and we get the agents approval. Otherwise we love animals. 🥰 🐱
