A cozy 3 bedroom house in Werribee with 2 rooms for rent. The house is close to everything. Werribee is 30 mins drive to Melbourne CBD and 6 mins drive to Werribee Mercy Hospital, Melbourne University Werribee campus and the Gordon Tafe Werribee campus.

The house has brand new heating + cooling split system in every room. The living room and dining room are furnished with TV, fridge, oven, microwave and washing machine. The master bedroom has an ensuite.

The house is located just 4 mins drive to Pacific Werribee shopping centre with over 270 shops (banks, cinema, restaurants, Aust fav retail shops shops like Myer, Kmart) and 8 mins to Werribee City Centre on Watton Street, one of the main streets in the West with lots of lovely local cafes, bakeries, multicultural eateries, boutique shops run by small businesses. Enjoy the best of Melbourne village living, access to major retail shops, healthcare, university, TAFE campus and schools and all within a 3km radius.

The closest bus stop is a 4 mins walk away and Werribee train station is 8 mins drive away.

Rent for entire house (2 bedrooms) furnished with white goods + furniture in common area dining + living room. Fully equipped kitchen. $650. You can rent the entire house with 2 rooms, i am keeping 1 room for myself.

Rent for master bedroom with ensuite (furnished with queen bed and side table (you can bring your own mattress) is $300 for 1 person or $380 for 2 persons.

Rent for 2rd room with your own bathroom $300 (furnished with double bed + study desk) 1 person only.

House will only have max of 3 pax at anytime.

Rent covers internet. Electric and water bill to be shared.

Students and fully employed preferred.

No pets (indoor cats are ok) to accommodate other flatmates and also the house is not dog or any other type of pet proof.

At this moment, I am flexible if you want to rent the whole place with 2 rooms, or rent a room. Please message me with what you are looking for.
