a good flatmate would be considerate and respectful of the space - as long as all the dishes are in the dishwasher or washed by the end of the night I'm happy, and I have a robovac so the general spaces get vacuumed 2/3 times a week.

I don't have any pets myself, and they would have to go through the real estate, but I love all animals - we have fairy wrens in the garden who I love to watch, any pets would be welcome to come on in!
