Very well located unit in a quiet street. Just a 15 minute walk from the main street and a 20 minute walk to Werribee train station.
There is an option to use the single car garage, and the room includes a built in wardrobe with ample hanging space and can easily fit a queen size bed and a desk.
The property includes a spacious shared living area and a decent kitchen with your own allocated pantry section. The room itself is flooded with natural light, with a view out to the small garden.
Pets are welcome, as long as the owner is made aware.
