Welcome to your cozy, street-facing en-suite! This lovely space includes a walk-in robe, utilities covered, and convenient street parking tucked away in a serene cul-de-sac.

Feel free to make use of the kitchen, laundry, and even the backyard whenever you want!

**A Few Simple Requests:**

- Please tidy up after yourself to keep our home nice for everyone.
- Let’s keep the peace by avoiding loud music and noises after 10 PM on weekdays, including in the kitchen.
- Internet and laundry access will be on a fair use basis.

I’ll take care of a full house cleaning once a month, and I’d appreciate your help in making the room available during that time.

Parking is available right on the street!

To ensure a smooth living arrangement, we’ll have a rental agreement that outlines the house rules, and I’ll need a copy of your ID.

I’ll also ask for references from interested tenants.

The financial details include one month’s rent plus a month’s bond

Just a few notes: I’m looking for a single tenant, no couples, children, or smokers/vapers, please.

Rent is negotiable for the right fit, and I’m happy to say that pets are welcome! Just a heads-up, you’ll be responsible for any pet-related mishaps.

Also, overnight guests or long visits (1+ day) won’t be allowed.
