Home Description
Description of the home
Gorgeous north facing home on the edge of the State Forest with large double glazed windows looking out over beautiful mountain ash trees. Polished concrete floors and a large woodfire that heats the space well. The house contains beautiful hardwood finishes throughout from the eucalypts that were milled onsite.
The property sits at the end of a no through road which ends in the State Forest. It sits on a large block of land (2,842 m²), with a big backyard that leads down to a creek at the bottom. We can be immersed in tree ferns and mountain ash forest within a 50m walk from our door.
The house is located in Wesburn, 6 minutes from Yarra Junction and 13 minutes from Warburton.

Abbey (she/her), 23 - An outdoor education teacher that works on the same rotating roster as Mark. Will be coming and going from the house on different days. I enjoy going to the gym, drinking coffee at a cafe and soaking up the sun by the water while reading a good book or accompanied by friends.
