The large shelving unit in the picture will stay as it belongs to the landlord but other then that the room will be unfurnished.
The room can be a little noisy as you’re right on Barkly st and above a bakery, but if your lucky you might score some free coffee and treats from the lovely people downstairs. You’ll also get delicious coffee and classic bakery smells wafting through your window, which is a blessing and a curse.
