A bus stop in 2 minutes walk around the corner straight to the CBD, it comes every 6minutes and it usually take 22 minutes to the city center. West Footscray station is also our closest for easy CBD access.

The house is super cosy with floorboards throughout, a fireplace, and an awesome outdoor hang out area with a couch and fire pit in the garden.

It is just around the corner from Barkly St shops and there is an IGA about 5 minutes’ walk down the road. Bakery, bagel shops, bars , restaurants and bookstore are all in 5 minutes’ walking distance. Additionally, a nice pilates studio in 2 minutes walk.
