Description of the home

The house has timber flooring and carpet in bedrooms and is almost brand new. I'll add more pics once I'm finished cleaning everything and it should be available for viewing later in June in person or via video tour. Currently 2 tenants myself, living on the disability support pension and Ramya who is currently studying. We generally stay in our rooms for the most part but aren't completely antisocial and love a good chat. We're on a beautifully quiet street, public transport is close, we gave recently purchased a dining set, an 'L-shaped sofa & I'll be buying a reclining chair as our sofas don't both fit. We have an outdoor setting as well. the backyard has also been covered with artificial grass, I'll try to update the photo in the coming days weather permitting, the same with the bedroom.

Bills and expenses

At the moment we're only paying for electricity and internet as I'm on disability I receive discounted utilities and for now still have funds on URGES for gas & water. Bills are around $100-$150 each a month. We also subscribe to a large amount of streaming services (Netflix, Paramount, HBO Max. Disney & Apple are currently paused- I think that's all) that you're welcome to use and contribute your third. There's also coax cable connection for free to air TV.
