Description of the home

The house has timber flooring and carpet in the bedrooms and is almost brand new. The previous tenant 'moved out' and was supposed to continue to pay until October (when our lease renews). we have been advised of a rent increase in October that will make the rent $1,043.each a month. I'll add more pics once I'm finished cleaning everything and it should be available for viewing later this week. Currently 2 tenants both living on the disability support pension and we generally stay in our rooms for the most part but aren't completely antisocial and love a good chat. We're on a beautifully quiet street, public transport is close, however our furniture is a little sparse because the previous tenant put a lot out for hard waste, bought his own furniture, and took it with him when he moved out so we're in the process of getting 'new' furniture for the downstairs open plan area.... the backyard has also been covered with artificial grass, I'll try to update the photo in the coming days, the same with the bedroom.

Bills and expenses

At the moment we're only paying for electricity and internet as being on concession cards we still have rebates available for gas & water. Electricity is around $120 per month (divided by 3 so $40 each) and the internet is around $100. or $33.33 each a month. We also subscribe to a large amount of streaming services (Netflix, Disney, Apple, Paramount, HBO Max, Stan, and Binge - I think that's all) that you're welcome to use but you'll have to pay your share (a third of course) your third. There's also coax cable connection for free to air TV.
