Honestly, it's a great place to live!

The flat is on the first floor of Volaire Apartments - a new building at the foot of North Melbourne Station. The building comes with some cool amenities, including rooftop outdoor area and a venue room which you can book for functions. Walking distance to Victoria Market and Docklands. A nice Italian restaurant on the ground floor called Sassy's. Really great for an easy meal and it's not too expensive... Overall, it's a pretty great place to live!

The flat has 2 bedrooms, spacious and nice and pretty. Except for your empty bedroom, the place is fully furnished. No pets are allowed, except for my well-behaved fish in a tank on the kitchen bench. Other commodities include a private parking space and ample parking in a secure carpark and a storage cage (which you'll be entitled to half).

Oh, also, a great view facing Docklands.

Generally costs around $220 monthly all up, which I'd like to keep simple and pay half each.

Full bond value was $2,580 ($1,290 pp). Since the place has been occupied for a while, I'm happy to reduce this to $645.

I'm Damir. I'm 31 and born and raised in Melbourne. I moved into this apartment about a year ago to be closer to work. I'm a project manager and work in the CBD Mon-Fri, about half the time from home.

Besides work, I usually have a few side projects I'm working on. I also try my best to keep healthy, which I frequently fail at, but at the least my pantry stays relatively junk-free.
