I am offering a fully furnished room in a spacious, modern CBD apartment just:
* 10 min walk to Southern Cross Station
* 8 min to Flagstaff Gardens & Station

Best thing - The apartment is split over two levels — upstairs you’ll find bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower.
Downstairs there is a bright living room with a large sofa, a big smart TV, a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen that has absolutely everything you need, including a dishwasher, fridge, and a 2-in-1 washer/dryer. There’s also a balcony, a separate toilet, and air conditioning in the apartment.

You also get an access to roof terrace with BBQ setup.

The room comes fully furnished with a queen bed, a large built-in wardrobe, a desk and chair, and all bedding and towels, so there’s no need to buy anything. You will be sharing the apartment with one friendly working female housemate.
The location is excellent — just a 10-minute walk to Southern Cross Station and 8 minutes to Flagstaff. ALDI is 5 minutes away, FoodWorks 3 minutes, there’s a café right across the street, a gym in the next street, a bar next door, and a bus stop directly outside the building.

* $250 AUD per person per week for couples or two people (all bills & internet included, plus $130 for the second key + fob set)
* $350 AUD per week for a single tenant (all bills & internet included, no additional key/fob fee)

Bond is one week’s rent, and upon signing the lease you will pay one month of rent upfront. The lease runs until 1 March 2026. Move-in is possible from the morning of 16 December and no later than 20 December.
