Short term lease is ok
I have a spare bedroom that is in the beautiful valleypark estate in Westmeadows. There are lots of walk trails and walking distance to the bus stop and 5 mins from Broadmeadows train station and also the shopping centre in Broadmeadows.

The bedroom has a built in wardrobe and can fit a queen bed no problem and also a separate bathroom but the bath we may use at times but we mainly use the ensuite .
I have free internet and Foxtel so you don't have to pay for as I will take care of that cost.
The house and estate is about 8 years old and gardens are done in the whole estate weekly so surroundings always look amazing .
Close to freeway to get to airport 10 mins or cbd takes 25 mins to get to.
Ducted heating and split system air con in living room and also a seperate laundry and a dishwasher with gas cooking.
Massive patio with a view to relax on those hard days.
The house and location are amazing definitely a must see.

Bills and expenses

I have a 13 year old son who is quiet and chilled out boy so the bills would be split 3 ways Internet I will pay myself. You just pay 1/4 of water , gas and electricity bill. Foxtel and Internet is paid for.
