Hi guys we have a beautiful split level home all the modern cons, only 10 minutes to Melbourne airport and approx 25 minutes to Melbourne CBD , we have over 3km of natural park land with bike and running tracks, close to shopping center, many restaurants, 2 gyms 1 is 24 hour the other is a council gym with new 25 meter pool ,quiet safe area , our home has 3 lounge living rooms , 2 dining rooms ,games room with billiard/pool table, unlimted wifi and many extras.

P.S We are looking for a guy to move in who works full time .. minimum 6 months but prefer a guy looking for 12 months+ the bedroom has queen size bed with full bedroom suite linen bath towels, separate toilet and lounge also central air/con and central heating more suited for a guy that likes there space privacy and luxury living , prefer a non smoker but if you are a smoker there is a Gazebo in the back garden where you can relax with the ponds and waterfalls
