This is a nice double bedroom in a large luxury, architecturally designed 3 story house. The room is veryr big comes with a double bed, bed side table, and build in wardrobes. (or unfurnished if you prefer) There are 2 bathrooms, and an additional powder/toilet room in the house. Also has a balcony overlooking a park, and its a very short walk to Williamstown Beach. The occupant of this room will also have their own underground garage.
I work 9-5 in finance in the CBD, and Michelle my housemate works as a skydiving instructor, we are friendly and a little quiet, but enjoy heading out once in a while for drinks.
