Home Description

Description of the home

There are two rooms (I'm occupying one) and a shared kitchen, bathroom and courtyard. The apartment is fully furnished and you are also welcome to use any kitchen appliances I have brought. There is also a bicycle cage which is included with the rent. However, for vehicle parking, will have to get in contact with the building manager and I'm happy to help with that. There is also a coin laundry in the basement. All supermarkets are within 5 mins of walking distance and also Praharan station is a 3 mins walk. So everything is nearby. The property is on high street, therefore, you just have to step out of the main entrance to get a tram. Please get in contact with me for any questions you have. All bills including internet included in the rent. Bond is (2 weeks) rent

About occupants
I'm a PhD student at Swinburne Hawthorn and will be at uni most of the time, so you’ll often have the apartment to yourself during the day. I'm open to sharing the space with students or working professionals who are clean, respectful, and easygoing.

I'm originally from Sri Lanka and have been living in Melbourne for over 6 years. I enjoy a good chat over a meal or coffee, but also appreciate quiet time and personal space—just depends on the day! In my free time, I love reading, cooking, exploring new spots around the city, and watching a good show or documentary.

I keep the place tidy and relaxed, and I'm looking for someone who’s on the same page. If that sounds like a good fit, feel free to reach out!
