Description of the home
**reposting as first choice fell through
The House:
Gorgeous; Especially in Summer, lots of natural light with high ceilings, white walls & wooden floors. 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a shower & bath, massive kitchen with a gas hob, cute fairy-lit courtyard and garden-bed (calling all green thumbs) and big lounge with a TV and stand-up piano. The property is privately managed by the owner who's super nice, the person coming in will just need to have a quick phone interview with him.
The Area:
Located in Windsor just a couple of steps from the best end of Chapel St, you’ve got bars, restaurants and quick access into the CBD via train and trams. it’s all right there; and though it’s close to the action, the street is quiet and peaceful. Best of both worlds!

I work in the Vehicle Industry, during the week is all about, cooking good food, getting my exercise done, weekends for a beer and maybe a little trip down the coast or something fun. Always having a laugh, love a chat!
Your other housemate is: Krystian ; 32 , English Male.
He manages a Cafe in South Melbourne Markets, absolutely lovely guy, always down for a intellectual D&M, also loves a laugh.
Our house is a home, so we keep it pretty chill during the week, eat good food, watch some netflix, get to bed. And potentially have a night out on the weekend, thats the vibe, hopefully yours too.
So cleaning up after you use the kitchen, people need to cook after you do.
Chats, laughs, respect the house & housemates.
Generally we have a 'say it now' attitude, if someone leaves their clothes out in a communal space, just say its annoying, they'll fix it right away, same with food mess etc etc. Keeps us all respecting communal areas.
