Description of the home

The house is situated on a quiet street close to public transport and local schools and shops. The house is 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom with multiple lounge rooms.

The house is very spacious and you would have your own office or space to do whatever you wish with. There is a spare room in the house for friends or family to stay in when visiting. We are LGBTQIA+ friendly, like hanging out together but also like our alone time. We are quiet but do have the occasional gathering at the house and welcome you to do the same.

You'll be living with myself (Zeke 35M) and Amber (25F) I work from home and Amber is a support worker

The photo of the room is one of 2 rooms (the second room is currently being used as storage) but if you prefer the second room we can arrange to move things around.

The boring details:
$800 pcm paid by the 15th
Available 1 November but can negotiate an earlier move in if needed.
Fully furnished except your room but do also have a bedroom suite for sale.
Unfortunately the dog does not come with the house.
This is a private rental and the owner does visit and stay from time to time to work on the house.
