Walking tracks around the area, friendly neighbourhood.
1 room available preferably no couples and no more pets (Any pets will have to get along with my cat and dog and be approved by landlord)
I live here and work a mix from home/ in the CBD office with 1 cat Henry and 1 dog Ralph - corgi.
Beautiful home, nice and cool on hot days and toasty in the winter. Easy to look after garden and close to geelong. Can make room for additional furniture but do have lounge, dining table etc already. Double garage can be used for storage if need.
REA has been great so far, no issues and easy inspection with great communication.

Bills and expenses
Rent is $1,000 per month paid on the 1st by bank transfer or a direct debit can be setup via the REA.
Power, water and gas are paid separately, a mic of quarterly, bi monthly etc and will be split equally. (power is lower due to solar panels and works out great if you utilise appliances on clear sunny days!)
Internet is $90 per month for unlimited nbn.

Henry is almost 3 white and ginger cat who loves a cuddle and face bump.
