Details
A third potential option is for you to take both the smaller bedrooms and to divide the house in 2, in this scenario I would live in the portion of the house inline with the master bedroom. Everyone would have their own access to their respective halves of the house. The doorway into the kitchen from my side of the house would be plastered over as well as a divider placed on the verandah to turn the place effectively into a duplex with you on one side and me on the other.

Bedrooms are nice usable sizes and there is a detached building perfect for a study or gym as desired. Wealth of storage space underneath the house and 4+ undercover parking spaces. just a few minutes out from Yarra Glen and in the midst of plenty of wineries if that's your thing.

Just note that the place is unfurnished currently, I have used old photos, if you need furnishings provided like bed etc, that can be sorted out.

I'm Antonio, I do shift work and travel a lot so I'm not around heaps, probably away 4 nights per week on average. When at home I like to tinker in the garage doing metalworking or just whatever really, otherwise I'm a bit of a nerd and build models and brew beer (always more than happy to share!).
Compatible people
Ideally you're not opposed to having the odd chat, I'm not home that much but I'd prefer to be able to have a chat when we cross paths and have the odd drink rather than dodging each other. Don't need to be a neat freak or anything like that, just rubbish in the bin and respect the place if that makes sense? Perfect person would be interested in the garden, there's plenty to look after and more than enough veggie patch to go around!
Description of pets
I don't have any pets currently (apart from the little Ringtail possum that gets fed on the deck) but have had them in the past so you're more than welcome to bring yours along, only thing I'll say is they have to be outside pets.
