Hi there - I'm a young 48 year old interior designer looking to share my house I renovated a few years ago after moving back in recently after a few years away. I have a huge amount of interests away from design, including most sports and theatre/cinema. One of the main reasons I bought here in Yarraville was because of the sun theatre being only a short walk away. I'm very house trained and open minded on the potential tenant in terms of most things, but am looking for someone with a left leaning view of the world mostly.

I'm looking for someone who is professional but personal, who is reasonably social, but not overly so, who's curious about the world, left leaning and house trained! Someone who cares about the space they live in and the world they live in. If you're a full time student and can't afford the full $400 a week, but tick a lot of other boxes, please do also get in touch. I can also install a bed for the right tenant.

I don't have a dog currently, but depending on the dog, would be happy to have one here - am allergic to cats, so definitely none of those...!
